Salon Guidelines During Covid 19

Making an appointment

Please telephone us on 0121 366 6764, message us or leave us a voicemail us to make an appointment – Do not come into the salon. You can also message us on facebook, messenger or whatsapp.

If you have been in contact with someone who is unwell or if you are feeling unwell yourself, please do not book/reschedule until after two weeks.

We will be operating seven days a week with our staff working as two split consistent teams. We cannot guarantee (unless you do not mind waiting) which stylist will do your hair.

We will be offering family group appointments for family members who live in the same household (bubble), please ask for availability when booking. All other appointments will be in the salon and each section has a space of 2 metres between them.

We have a separate room for our vulnerable clients who prefer an appointment alone with a separate side entrance.

If you are requiring a colour service, please ensure that you book to come in for a skin test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
We accept cash or card payments.

Extra health & safety measures we are taking during your appointment

Please arrive on time for your appointment, we cannot offer our usual waiting space so you will have to wait outside until your allocated appointment time.

Please do not be late, we will reschedule any late comers or change the service. The stylist will not have access to their phone during appointments. We are adjusting our appointment times and will do our best to run on time.

Please attend your appointment alone, no children or friends will be allowed in the salon.

Our team will call you in at your appointment time. They will greet you without close contact (no handshakes, hugs etc.). The door will be closed and locked, your allocated stylist will open the door to let you in. Your stylist will be with you from start to finish.

On arrival, you will be asked to use hand sanitizer which we will provide. We will take your temperature and if you have a cough and/or temperature you will be turned away and rescheduled.

Please only bring essential items into the salon with you. You are required to wear a mask.

Our team will be wearing disposable gloves, a type IIR mask, a face visor and disposable apron. The apron and gloves will be changed after every client. All equipment/tools used, will be sanitized after each appointment, along with door handles, chairs and work stations.

When seated please check yourself in on the NHS track and trace app, using the QR code displayed on the work station.

Your movements within the salon will be limited, payment will be taken at your seat by the designated stylist. All tips for stylists to be placed in the jars provided on the sections.

We will be using single use disposable towels to prevent cross infection.

Our team is following strict hygiene guidelines and we ask you to do the same – please place any used paper towels and tissues straight in the bin provided after use. Sanitize or wash your hands after coughing or sneezing.

There will be no magazines, newspapers or refreshments. Toilet facilities will be restricted. Water in a disposable cup is available.
