Policies

Please understand that all of our staff have the right to refuse service to anyone who is behaving improperly, is intoxicated or is inappropriate or abusive toward any client or staff member on the premises.

Deposits/Payment:

You may be required to pay a deposit towards certain services.
There is a £25 minimum payment on our card machine, small fees may apply.

Consultation:

You are required to attend a skin patch test consultation 48 hours prior to a colour service if;

  • You are a new customer.
  • It has been longer than 6 months since your previous colour service.

An inspection will take place at the beginning of the consultation in order to assess the condition of your hair, if traces of head lice are found, we will discretely recommend a product in order to remove them and ask that it is carried out before your appointment date.

Please note that long/thick hair will incur a surcharge for the services.

Colouring:

All colour services do not include cut and blow dry, they can be added for an extra fee.

Cancellation/ Late:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and you may need to cancel or change an appointment with us. In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we do ask that you notify us no less than 24 hours notice for appointments booked in advance, cancellation after this allotted time frame will result in a 30% charge to your bank account of the original service fee. If you do not attend your appointment at all, this will result in a 50% charge.

If you are late for an appointment, please be aware we may have to reschedule your for a later time or potentially later date.
There may also be an opportunity to change the service depending on the remainder of the appointment time left (E.g. Cut & Blow dry can be converted to a dry trim). This opportunity is at the discretion of the stylist you are booked with.

Belongings:

Property is left at your own risk and we will not be responsible for damage or theft of any property within the salon.

Salon Refund:

We do not offer refunds on salon services as our time and materials have still been utilised, however correctional services may be offered free of charge at the discretion of your stylist.

Complaints:

Should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in salon, please notify the salon immediately, or at the latest within two days of your service.
